VERY IMPORTANT : Most dealers do not offer a demonstrator vehicle to their salespeople but the great majority offer a demo program, something like : After the initial 90 days probation period, on a monthly basis, $25. per delivery, retroactive to the first one once the salesperson has reached a minimum delivery level for the month. (ex : from the 9th unit delivered on).
In order to get high quality applicants, it is important NOT TO REMOVE THE DEMO PROGRAM text from the ad. It brings in the highly educated professionals that previously had a company vehicle.
