Step #1:

Once you've decided to use our recruiting and training services, we will fax you an ad ready to be published. So make sure to send the ad to your local newspaper(s). If you're in larger city, make sure that the ad is published on the Friday or Saturday preceding our visit to your store and if you're in a smaller city or rural area, make sure that the ad is published during the week preceding our visit.

Step #2:

We come in to your store for four days and the following happens

Amount Charged to the People Hired by your Dealership: $598

Amount charged to those who are not hired at your store: $398., plus $200. when they are placed in another dealership

Since we are paid by the applicants, there is no cost to you for our professional service except for
a reasonable flat fee for our traveling expenses. We also ask you to send someone to pick up our trainer at the closest airport and we require either the use of a courtesy vehicle or that you cover the cost of a daily rental during our stay in your dealership
for an additional flat rate of $200. |

We also ask the dealership to offer reimbursement of the tuition to those hired by your organization as follows: 50% after 90 days and 50% after 180 days providing that they are still there and performing well. Until now all the dealerships have agreed to this. It is up to you to make a decision on this |
