Quick Recap: HERE'S HOW IT
WORKS:
Step #1:

i will
send you an ad ready to be placed in the newspaper(s).
(You can see a sample of it by
clicking on "Paper Ad" on top here.) It's important that you make sure to send the ad to your local newspaper(s). If you're in larger city, make sure that the ad is
placed on the Friday or Saturday and Monday preceding our visit to your store and if you're in a smaller city or rural area, make sure that the ad is
placed during the week preceding our visit.

Step #2:

i (or one of my qualified trainers) will come in to your store for four days and the following happens:

Final Interviews by Management and Hiring Decision
|

Amount we get paid
by the people we train who end up getting
hired by your dealership:
$598.

Amount we get paid by the people we train who are not
hired by your store:
$398.,
plus $200.
when they get hired by another dealership
IMPORTANT:
1)
If you look at the ad, you will see that there is a
mention in the ad that there will be fees involved. So
when people show up for the interview, they already know
this.
2)
The ones invited to the orientation day are told during
the interview exactly what the fees will be and they are
also told that taking training and paying for it does
not guarantee them a sales position with your dealership
or any other one and that your dealership is under no
obligation to hire any of the people we will train. The
only thing they are guaranteed is an interview with
management after training is completed. We are very
selective and only invite the ones we feel can perform
well under pressure.
3)
They are given plenty of time to make a well informed
decision since they have nothing to pay for the first
day which is the orientation day. Partial payment of
$398. only comes due on the second day and the balance
of $200. only once they get a sales position
somewhere, whether it be with your organization or
another one.
In
case you are wondering, we've been doing this since 1996
and we never had an issue with this. Those people
understand that they have to be committed and that
education does not come for free. The Alberta MDA
personnel attended the process a few times and found it
to be very professional, that's one of the reasons why
we are endorsed by the Alberta MDA.
